It came just five days before the opposition holds a primary to pick its candidate for the 2024 presidential election. The signing of the agreement demonstrated notable progress in a negotiation process marked by fits and starts over the past two years, but it also showed how far apart the two sides remain on what constitutes fair electoral conditions. Two provisions of the agreement could affect the government’s tactic of banning some of its loudest critics from seeking office, including the frontrunner in Sunday’s presidential primary....

(NEXSTAR) -- Most people know that a lump could be a tell-tale sign of breast cancer, but other common symptoms may fly under the radar. That's according to a recent consumer survey commissioned by the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center (OSUCCC). The survey found that while 93% of adults questioned identified a lump as a potential sign of breast cancer, less than half recognized several other symptoms of the disease.
