HOUSTON — Jonathan Kuminga doesn’t need any help in the confidence department, but the 20-year-old still finds comfort in knowing that he has his teammates in his corner. Whether it be Andre Iguodala pulling him aside during timeouts to point out something he saw that Kuminga didn’t or Draymond Green patting Kuminga on the back when he makes a mistake, the 20-year-old feels empowered by the veterans on his team to play freely and aggressively.“Just knowing that not just the coaches but your teammates got your back, I think that’s super important,” Kuminga said Monday after shootaround. Ramirez, 43, already had an estranged husband and a boyfriend, but she convinced Portillo that she loved him too, and he should help her kidnap Baby Brandon from his grandmother's home. On Monday, a Santa Clara County judge sentenced Portillo to serve five years in prison for snatching the baby on April 25, 2022, and Ramirez to serve more than 13 years for masterminding the bizarre plot. Baby Brandon showed up for his kidnappers' preliminary hearing on Aug. 2, 2022.
